• يجب أن يكون عمركم 18 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام موقعنا. في حال كنتم دون هذا العمر، يجب الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. If you are under this age, you must obtain a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Tips and advice for travellers

• تأكد من تطابق الاسم في جواز السفر مع الاسم في تذكرة السفر لحظة استلام التذكرة.
• Make sure the name on your passport matches the name on your flight ticket at the time you receive the ticket.
• تأكد من مطابقة البيانات في تذكرة السفر / حجز السكن / الخدمات الأخرى مع طلبك وقت استلامك للحجز.
• Make sure the details on your flight ticket, accommodation booking, or other services match your original request when you receive the booking.
• تأكد من أن صلاحية جواز السفر تمتد لأكثر من 6 أشهر (يعتمد ذلك على شروط السفر الخاصة بالدولة المطلوب السفر إليها).
• Make sure your passport is valid for more than 6 months (this depends on the entry requirements of the destination country).
• احرص على إعطاء رقم تواصل لمكتب السفريات أو الشركة الناقلة لإخطارك بأي تغيير يطرأ على الرحلة، ويُفضّل التأكد من الرحلة قبل يوم من موعد السفر عبر التواصل مع المكتب أو موقع شركة الطيران.
• Make sure to provide a contact number to the travel office or airline so you can be notified of any changes to your flight, and it is best to reconfirm your flight one day before travel by contacting the office or the airline's website.
• احرص على الحضور للمطار قبل موعد الإقلاع بوقت كافٍ لإنهاء إجراءات الصعود والسفر ("الرحلات الداخلية والدولية يُغلَق فيها الكاونتر قبل ساعة من موعد الإقلاع").
• Arrive at the airport with enough time before departure to complete check-in and boarding procedures (check-in counters for both domestic and international flights close one hour before departure).
• تأكد من متطلبات وجهة السفر قبل الحجز (التأشيرات، صلاحية الجواز، التصاريح).
• Check your destination's entry requirements before booking (visas, passport validity, permits).

٤. مسؤوليات الشركة

4. Company responsibilities

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير في الرحلات (الدولية / الداخلية) أو عن عدم حضوركم في الموعد المحدد.
• The Company is not responsible for any delay in flights (international/domestic) or for your failure to arrive at the specified time.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة في حال إصدار بطاقة صعود الطائرة وعدم وصولكم للبوابة المحددة أو عدم حضوركم للمطار.
• The Company is not responsible if a boarding pass has been issued and you do not reach the designated gate or do not arrive at the airport.
• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان الأمتعة بالمطار، ويمكنكم تقديم طلبكم في نفس مطار الوصول الذي فُقدت فيه الأمتعة.
• The Company is not responsible for lost luggage at the airport; you may file a claim at the same arrival airport where the luggage was lost.
• يرجى التأكد من كافة التواريخ والأوقات ومراجعتها مع الموظف قبل الإصدار، فبعد الإصدار تُطبَّق الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالتذكرة أو حجز السكن أو الخدمة المقدمة لكم.
• Please verify all dates and times with our staff before issuance, as once issued, the terms and conditions of the ticket, accommodation booking, or service provided will apply.
• لا يمكننا تحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء أو التغييرات؛ يجب عليكم دائمًا التحقق من التفاصيل المهمة قبل الاستمرار في الحجز وتأكيده.
• We cannot be held responsible for errors or changes; you must always verify important details before proceeding with and confirming a booking.
• استخدام وسائل تقنية المعلومات لتغيير البيانات الحقيقية بشكل يُحدث ضررًا، بنية استعمالها كبيانات صحيحة، يُحمَّل من قام بتغيير البيانات أو تحريفها الأضرار الناتجة عن ذلك.
• Using information technology to alter genuine data in a way that causes harm, with the intent of using it as accurate data, places liability for any resulting damage on the person who altered or falsified that data.

٥. حجز الطيران

5. Flight bookings

• تخضع تذاكر الطيران (الدولي/الداخلي)، في حالة الإلغاء أو التعديل، للشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها من قِبل شركة الطيران أو الوكيل، بما في ذلك رسوم التغيير وفرق السعر إن وجد. وبعض شركات الطيران تقدّم تذاكر غير مسترجعة وغير قابلة للتعديل نهائيًا.
• Flight tickets (international/domestic), in the case of cancellation or amendment, are subject to the terms and conditions set by the airline or its agent, including change fees and any fare difference. Some airlines offer non-refundable tickets that cannot be amended at all.
• الشركة غير ملزمة نهائيًا في حالة الإلغاء، وأي غرامات أو رسوم مستحقة يتم تحميلها على العميل مباشرة مع رسوم المعاملات البنكية.
• The Company bears no obligation whatsoever in the event of cancellation, and any resulting penalties or fees will be charged directly to the customer, along with any bank transaction fees.
• تأكد من تطابق الاسم المدوّن في جواز السفر مع الاسم في تذكرة السفر لحظة استلام التذكرة.
• Make sure the name written on your passport matches the name on your flight ticket at the time you receive the ticket.
• قد تُخصم منكم رسوم خاصة بالخدمات من قِبلنا، ويعتمد ذلك على رحلة الطيران التي تختارونها. رسوم الخدمة هذه غير مستردة في جميع حالات الإلغاء أو الاسترجاع.
• A service fee may be deducted by us, depending on the flight you choose. This service fee is non-refundable in all cancellation or refund cases.
• إذا رغبتم بطلب استرداد أموال، يجب التواصل مع الموظف أو إرسال طلب بالبريد الإلكتروني، وإتمام باقي إجراءات الاسترجاع المطلوبة منكم، وسيتم الاسترداد خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل بعد اكتمال طلبكم.
• If you wish to request a refund, you must contact our staff or send a request by email, and complete any remaining refund procedures required of you; the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after your request is completed.
• في حال كانت التذكرة مستخدمة جزئيًا، سيتم مراجعة الأسعار والغرامات والرسوم المطبَّقة على التذكرة، وسيتم إبلاغكم بالمبلغ بعد تأكيده من قِبل شركة الطيران.
• If the ticket has been partially used, the applicable fares, penalties, and fees will be reviewed, and you will be informed of the amount once confirmed by the airline.
• في حال إلغاء الرحلة من قِبل شركة الطيران، تخضع الحالة لشروط وأحكام خاصة (ما عدا حالات القوة القاهرة أو دواعي الأمن والسلامة)، منها توفير رحلة بديلة مع نفس الشركة أو بديل حسب التوفر من الناقل الأساسي، أو طلب استرجاع قيمة التذكرة. سنقوم بمتابعة جميع الطلبات مع العميل وشركة الطيران، ولن نكون مسؤولين عن الأضرار أو الخسائر المترتبة على إلغاء أو تأخير الرحلات من قِبل الناقل، وسنبقى مع العميل حتى الوصول إلى حل يُرضيه.
• If a flight is cancelled by the airline, the case is subject to special terms and conditions (except in cases of force majeure or security and safety reasons), which may include an alternative flight with the same airline or another carrier subject to availability, or a request for a ticket refund. We will follow up on all such requests with the customer and the airline; we are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from flight cancellations or delays caused by the carrier, and we will stay with the customer until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
• تُعاد المبالغ المدفوعة بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة أصلًا. إذا تم الدفع عن طريق خدمة "تابي" أو "تمارا"، فسيتم رد المبلغ من خلال مزوّد الخدمة نفسه (تابي أو تمارا) وفقًا لشروطه الخاصة، ولا تتم إعادته نقدًا أو بطريقة أخرى.
• Refunded amounts are returned using the same payment method originally used. If payment was made through "Tabby" or "Tamara", the refund will be issued through that same provider (Tabby or Tamara) according to its own terms, and will not be returned in cash or by any other method.

٦. حجز السكن (مكان الإقامة)

6. Accommodation bookings

• تُطبَّق سياسة الإلغاء والتعديل الخاصة بمكان الإقامة في جميع الحالات. بعض أماكن الإقامة تسمح بالاسترجاع قبل موعد الوصول أو خلال فترة الإقامة، وبعضها لا يسمح بالاسترجاع إذا اقترب موعد الإقامة؛ لذا يُرجى الرجوع لموظف الحجز والسؤال عن شروط مكان الإقامة قبل الحجز.
• The cancellation and amendment policy of the specific accommodation applies in all cases. Some properties allow refunds before arrival or during the stay, while others do not allow refunds close to the stay date; please check with our booking staff about the property's terms before booking.
• في حال تأخر تسجيل الوصول لدى مكان الإقامة، يجب إبلاغ مكان الإقامة بالتأخير، لأنه يوجد وقت محدد لتسجيل الدخول، وفي حال تأخر الضيف عنه دون إبلاغ يُحتسب "عدم حضور" ويتم إلغاء بقية مدة الإقامة.
• If check-in will be delayed, the property must be notified, as there is a set check-in window; if a guest is late without notice, it may be recorded as a "no-show" and the remainder of the stay cancelled.
• قد تُخصم منكم رسوم خاصة بالخدمات من قِبلنا عند إجراء الحجز، وهذه الرسوم غير مستردة في جميع حالات الإلغاء أو الاسترجاع.
• A service fee may be deducted by us when making the booking, and this service fee is non-refundable in all cancellation or refund cases.
• إذا رغبتم بطلب استرداد أموال، يجب التواصل مع الموظف أو إرسال طلب بالبريد الإلكتروني، وإتمام باقي إجراءات الاسترجاع المطلوبة منكم، وسيتم الاسترداد خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل بعد اكتمال طلبكم.
• If you wish to request a refund, you must contact our staff or send a request by email, and complete any remaining refund procedures required of you; the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after your request is completed.

• Refunded amounts are returned using the same payment method originally used. If payment was made through "Tabby" or "Tamara", the refund will be issued through that same provider (Tabby or Tamara) according to its own terms, and will not be returned in cash or by any other method.

٧. تأجير السيارات

7. Car rental

• تسري جميع الشروط والبنود المعمول بها في البلد الذي تم فيه تأجير السيارة. وقد يخضع التأجير لدفع رسوم إضافية للمعدات الخاصة، والسائقين الإضافيين، والسائق صغير السن، والتأمين الاختياري، والوقود، وغير ذلك.
• All terms and conditions applicable in the country where the car is rented apply. Rental may be subject to additional fees for special equipment, additional drivers, young drivers, optional insurance, fuel, and other items.
• يمكنكم حجز سيارة والميزات الاختيارية الإضافية لاستلامها في الموعد والزمان والمكان المحدد لفترة التأجير المتفق عليها. يجب عليكم استيفاء متطلبات التأجير، والموافقة والتوقيع على عقد التأجير حسبما يقتضيه القانون المحلي. يحكم عقد التأجير قانون الدولة التي تُستلم فيها السيارة، ويُعقَد العقد بينكم وبين مزوّد خدمة التأجير عند استلام السيارة.
• You may book a car and any optional extras for collection at the agreed time, date, and location for the rental period agreed. You must meet the rental requirements and agree to and sign the rental agreement as required by local law. The rental agreement is governed by the law of the country where the car is collected, and the contract is formed between you and the rental provider at the time of collection.
• يتوجب عليكم دفع رسوم إلغاء الحجز في حال إلغائكم للحجز، وكذلك في حال قمنا نحن بإلغاء حجزكم لعدم استيفائكم لمتطلبات عقد التأجير. كما يتوجب عليكم دفع "رسوم إلغاء" في حال عدم الإلغاء وعدم الحضور، وقد تساوي هذه الرسوم كامل قيمة الحجز.
• You must pay a cancellation fee if you cancel your booking, and likewise if we cancel your booking due to your failure to meet the rental agreement's requirements. A "cancellation fee" also applies if you neither cancel nor show up, and this fee may equal the full booking amount.
• جميع طلبات تغيير الحجز تخضع لتوفر السيارة، وقد ينتج عنها فرق سعر، ولا يُرجع أي مبلغ عن جزء الحجز الملغى.
• All booking change requests are subject to car availability and may result in a price difference; no amount is refunded for the cancelled portion of a booking.
• يخضع إلغاء الحجز للشروط الأساسية لمزوّد الخدمة. وعلى الرغم من أن عملية الاستئجار الفعلية الخاصة بكم تخضع لـ"اتفاقية الإيجار" المبرمة مع مزوّد الخدمة (والتي توقعون عليها عند الاستلام)، إلا أنكم سترون وتوافقون على الشروط الرئيسية عند قيامنا بإجراء حجز السيارة لكم.
• Cancellation is subject to the Service Provider's core terms. While your actual rental is governed by the "Rental Agreement" concluded with the Service Provider (which you sign at pickup), you will see and agree to the key terms when we make the car booking for you.
• يجب أن تتواجدوا بمكتب تأجير السيارات بحلول موعد الاستلام (يُرجى ملاحظة أن بعض مزوّدي الخدمة لديهم "فترة سماح" للاستلام في حال التأخر). إذا وصلتم بعد موعد الاستلام (وبعد فترة السماح إن وجدت)، فقد لا تكون السيارة متوفرة، وقد لا يحق لكم استرداد أموالكم من مزوّد الخدمة. إذا كنتم تعتقدون أنكم قد تتأخرون، فمن المهم التواصل مع مزوّد الخدمة أو معنا، حتى لو كان ذلك بسبب تأخر رحلة الطيران وكنتم قد زوّدتمونا برقم رحلتكم.
• You must be at the car rental office by the collection time (please note some providers offer a "grace period" for late collection). If you arrive after the collection time (and after any grace period), the car may no longer be available, and you may not be entitled to a refund from the provider. If you think you may be delayed, it is important to contact the provider or us — even if the delay is due to a flight delay and you have given us your flight number.

٨. رخصة القيادة الدولية

8. International driving licence

• تُصدَر رخصة القيادة الدولية من قِبل جهة معتمدة ومصرَّح لها دوليًا.
• The international driving licence is issued by an internationally accredited and authorised body.
• تُصدَر رخصة القيادة الدولية بناءً على الرخصة المحلية الصادرة من البلد الأم لطالب الرخصة.
• The international driving licence is issued based on the applicant's local licence from their home country.
• لا يمكن لرخصة القيادة الدولية أن تحل محل الرخصة المحلية في البلد الصادرة منه.
• The international driving licence cannot replace the local licence in the country that issued it.
• يُفضَّل حمل الرخصة المحلية بجانب الرخصة الدولية أثناء السفر، لأن بعض مكاتب تأجير السيارات في بعض الدول تطلب الرخصتين معًا للتأكد من تطابق البيانات بينهما.
• It is preferable to carry your local licence alongside your international licence while travelling, as some car rental offices in certain countries request both to verify that the details match.
• تحمل رخصة القيادة الدولية أرقامًا تسلسلية فريدة، ولا يمكن إعادة طباعة الرخص التالفة أو المفقودة؛ وبالتالي يتعين عليكم طلب إصدار رخصة جديدة برقم تسلسلي جديد ودفع الرسوم المقررة مرة أخرى.
• The international driving licence carries a unique serial number; damaged or lost licences cannot be reprinted, so you must request a new licence with a new serial number and pay the applicable fee again.
• لا يمكن طلب إلغاء الرخصة أو استرداد قيمتها بعد الإصدار.
• Cancellation or a refund cannot be requested once the licence has been issued.

٩. أحكام ختامية

9. Final provisions

• إذا ثبت أن أي نص من نصوص هذه الشروط والأحكام غير قانوني أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فإن ذلك لا يؤثر على الشروط والأحكام الأخرى، والتي تظل نافذة وسارية المفعول تمامًا.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• هذه الشروط والأحكام متوفرة باللغة العربية، وهي النسخة المعتمدة رسميًا.
• These Terms & Conditions are available in Arabic, which is the officially binding version.
• تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وتخضع جميع المنازعات الناشئة عن إنفاذها للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising from their enforcement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تلتزم شركة الخنيني للسفر والسياحة بحماية خصوصية بياناتك الشخصية بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية. توضح هذه السياسة نوع البيانات التي نجمعها، وسبب جمعها، وكيف نحميها، وحقوقك تجاهها.

Al Khonaini Travel & Tourism is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights over it.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

1. Data we collect

• بيانات التعريف: الاسم الكامل، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنسية.
• Identity data: full name, date of birth, nationality.
• بيانات التواصل: رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، ورسائل واتساب.
• Contact data: phone number, email address, and WhatsApp messages.
• بيانات السفر: رقم جواز السفر وتاريخ انتهائه، تفاصيل الحجز (الرحلات، الفنادق، تأجير السيارات)، وبيانات رخصة القيادة عند الحاجة.
• Travel data: passport number and expiry, booking details (flights, hotels, car rental), and driving licence details where relevant.
• بيانات الدفع: لا تُخزَّن أرقام بطاقاتكم الكاملة لدينا؛ تتم معالجتها مباشرة عبر بوابة الدفع أو مزود خدمة الدفع الآجل المرخّص.
• Payment data: your full card numbers are not stored by us; they are processed directly by the licensed payment gateway or buy-now-pay-later provider.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، تُجمع تلقائيًا عند زيارة الموقع أو استخدام أداة المحادثة الفورية.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, collected automatically when visiting the site or using the live chat tool.

2. Purpose of processing

• تنفيذ ومتابعة حجوزات الطيران والفنادق وتأجير السيارات والتأشيرات ورخص القيادة الدولية والبرامج السياحية.
• Processing and following up on flight, hotel, car rental, visa, international driving licence, and tour package bookings.
• التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك أو حجزك عبر الهاتف أو واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.
• Contacting you regarding your request or booking via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• الامتثال للالتزامات النظامية تجاه الجهات الحكومية المختصة (مثل متطلبات التأشيرات).
• Complying with legal obligations toward relevant government authorities (such as visa requirements).

٣. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

3. Sharing data with third parties

لا تُشارَك بياناتك مع أي جهة خارجية إلا بالقدر اللازم لإتمام الخدمة المطلوبة، ومع الجهات التالية تحديدًا:

Your data is not shared with any external party except as necessary to deliver the requested service, and specifically with:

• شركات الطيران والفنادق ومكاتب تأجير السيارات والجهات القنصلية، لغرض إتمام الحجز أو التأشيرة.
• Airlines, hotels, car rental offices, and consular authorities, to complete the booking or visa.
• بوابات الدفع وشركاء الدفع الآجل (مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، تابي، تمارا)، لغرض معالجة الدفع فقط.
• Payment gateways and buy-now-pay-later partners (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Tabby, Tamara), solely to process payment.
• مزوّد خدمة المحادثة الفورية على الموقع، لغرض تسهيل تواصلك معنا.
• The website's live chat service provider, to facilitate communication with us.
• الجهات الحكومية المختصة، عند وجود التزام نظامي بذلك.
• Relevant government authorities, where legally required.
