Tips and guidelines:

Make sure that the name in the passport matches the name in the air ticket at the moment of receipt of the ticket.

Make sure that the data in the booking or ticket/ accommodation reservation / other services are matched with your request at the time of receipt of the reservation.

Make sure the passport is valid for more than 6 months. (Depends on the travel conditions of the country to which you are traveling).

Be sure to give a contact number to the travel office or the carrier to notify you of any change to the flight, preferably to confirm the flight a day before the travel date by contacting the office or through the airline’s website.

Arrive at the airport well before the take-off time to finish boarding and departure procedures “domestic and international flights the counter closes one hour before the take-off time”.

Confirm the requirements of the travel destination before booking (visas – passport validity-permits).

Company responsibilities:

The company is not responsible for any delays in flights (international / domestic) or your failure to show up on time.

The company is not responsible if the boarding pass is issued and you do not arrive at the specified gate or do not attend the airport.

The company is not responsible for the loss of baggage at the airport and you can submit your application at the same arrival airport where the baggage was lost.

Be sure to check all the dates and times and review them with the employee before issuing and after issuing the application of the terms and conditions of the ticket, booking accommodation or service provided to you.

We cannot take responsibility for errors or changes, you should always check and confirm important details before continuing with the booking.

Flight booking:

Air tickets (International/ Domestic) in case of cancellation or modification, the terms and conditions stipulated by the airline or agent, change fees and price difference, if any, apply, and some airlines offer non-refundable tickets and it is not allowed to modify them permanently.

The company is not obliged at all in case of cancellation and when there are fines or fees to bear them and they will be charged to the client directly with the bank transaction fees.

Make sure that the name written in the passport matches the name on the ticket at the moment of receipt of the ticket.

Service fees may be deducted from you by us, depending on the flight you choose.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the employee or send a request by mail and complete the rest of the refund requests requested by you, and the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days after completing your request.

If the ticket is partially used, the prices, fines and fees used will be reviewed from the ticket, and the amount will be notified to you after confirmation by the airline.

If the flight is cancelled by the airline, it is subject to special terms and conditions “except in case of force majeure or security and safety reasons”, including providing an alternative flight with the same company or an alternative according to availability by the main carrier or requesting a refund of the ticket value (all requests we will follow up with the customer and the airline and we will not be liable for damage or loss resulting from the cancellation or delay of flights by the carrier, we will be with the customer until reaching a solution that satisfies the customer).

The amounts paid are refunded in the same way as when paying, except paid in cash or by installment companies or buy now and pay later. “Subject to special conditions”





Booking accommodation (place of residence):

The cancellation and modification policy that follows the (accommodations) applies in all cases. Some (accommodations) accept refunds before the arrival date or during their stay, some of them will be refunded before check-in and some will not be refunded if the date of stay is near, so refer to the booking officer and ask about the conditions of the (accommodations) before booking.

In case of late check-in at the property, the property must be informed of the delay because there is a check-in time if the guest is late for it, they will be counted as a no-show and the rest of the period will be canceled.

Car rental services:

All applicable terms and conditions apply in the country where the car was rented, the rental may be subject to additional charges for special equipment, additional drivers, underage driver, optional insurance, fuel, etc.

You can book a car and additional optional features to pick it up on time and at the specified time and place for the agreed rental period. You must meet the leasing requirements and you must approve and sign the leasing contract as required by local law. The rental contract is governed by the law of the country where you receive the car and the contract was concluded between you and the rental service provider upon receipt of the car there.

You will have to pay the cancellation fee in case of cancellation of your reservation and you will also have to pay the cancellation fee if we cancel your reservation because you do not meet the requirements of the rental contract. If you do not cancel the reservation and do not show up, you must pay a cancellation fees. This fee is called a “cancellation fee”. The cancellation fee may be equal to the full booking fee.

All requests to change the reservation are subject to the availability of the car and may result in a price difference, no refund will be made in case of booking.

Cancellation of the reservation is subject to the basic conditions of the service provider. Although your actual ” rental operation “will be subject to the” rental agreement “concluded with your” service provider ” (which you sign upon receipt).

The “rental agreement ” governs the” rental process “itself, and when you sign it at the car rental office, you will enter into a contract with the” service provider ” (but you will see and agree to the main conditions when we make a car reservation for you).

You must be at the car rental desk by the time of pick-up (please note that some “service providers” have a “grace period” for pick-up in case you are late). If you arrive after the pick-up date (and after the pick-up grace period, if any), the car may not be available, and you may not be entitled to a refund from the “service provider”. Please check the ” rental agreement “for more information ask the employee who will tell you whether there is any grace period or not, if you think you may be late, it is important that you contact the” service provider ” or with us, even if it is due to a delay in the flight and you have provided us with your flight number.





International License:

It is issued by an accredited and internationally authorized body.

An international driver’s license is issued based on the local license from the applicant’s home country.

An international driving license cannot replace the local license in the country from which it is issued.

It is preferable to carry your local license next to your state travel license because some car rental offices in some countries require the local license and the International License to make sure that the data matches with them.

The international driver’s license has unique serial numbers, the reprinting of damaged or lost licenses is not possible and therefore you have to apply for the issuance of a new international driver’s license with a new serial number and pay the prescribed fee again.

It is not possible to request cancellation of the license or refund of the license value after issuance.



If any provision of these terms and conditions proves to be illegal or unenforceable, the other terms and Conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are available in Arabic.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising out of the enforcement of these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
